Carruthers Auto-Slicer/Dicer, model 5100 2D, with two-dimensional cut using crosscut spiral knife.
* Slicer is ideal for fresh, tempered or pre-cooked meats-poultry as well as tropical fruit and produce.
* Slicer utilizes continuous flow of product on infeed conveyor which can accommodate product up to 12" wide.
* Product is controlled by a floating top feed conveyor with adjustable pitch and weight holding the product in place it moves into the crosscut slicing zone.
* Product throughput can be in excess of 5,000 pounds per hour depending on product.
