Two fermentation chambers with a total capacity of 2 x 2 racks (600 x 800),
offering a compromise that will accommodate
an already substantial production volume while still allowing
for good working flexibility thanks to the independent operation of each cell
(each chamber has its own control and refrigeration unit).
Clearance height of 191 cm.
Each tunnel has powerful independent stainless steel evaporators
that ensure uniform airflow. The chamber is equipped
with a C-Touch control panel.
