The single-layer extrusion line is designed for the production of polymer pipes with a diameter of 032 to 110 mm, used for water and gas supply and sewerage.

The complete polyethylene pipe extrusion line is a technologically complete continuous cycle of extrusion, calibration, cooling, shaping, cutting and stacking of finished products, and consists of the extruder itself with an extrusion head, a calibration and cooling bath, a haul-off device, a cut-off device and a stacker.
PROTON 90-30G-220-154-1100-UT single-screw extruder with microprocessor control, memory unit, control panel, display, which can be used to recall information about the actual and set values of technological parameters at any point of the technological process, equipped with a high-speed four-stage screw. A fully automatic system that operates and controls the process according to the specified parameters. Processing capacity 600 kg/h.
Shaping tools with replaceable die cores, calibrators, O-rings depending on the diameter of the pipe produced.
Co-extruder CE-30 designed for applying marking strips. Linked to the main control for synchronous operation.
Vacuum baths V-125/2/9, 2_, V-125/1/5.8 are used for molding - calibrating the outer diameter, which is achieved by creating a vacuum between the calibration sleeve and the pipe.
Cooling baths N-125/5.8 for pre- and post-cooling of the extruded pipe.
MAK140 / CCRD marking device for applying technical information on the pipe body using special ink.
Haul-off unit P.200.3E (0201901) used to divert and feed the pipe to the cut-off unit, the gripping elements of which match the profile and diameter of the pipe. Also connected to the main control module for synchronous operation with the extruder.
Cut-off unit T.R.K/SY/U 25.160 is designed to cut pipes to specified lengths. An automatic device linked to the main control module, which allows you to cut the pipe with even ends, which eliminates the facing of the pipe, saving time during their installation.
Finished product stacking-tilting table with movable rollers. Allows to drop a pipe cut to size for further packaging at the signal of a pneumatic sensor.
