Line comprising:
Alfatek triblock – year 1998 – with sterilizing rinser,
self-leveling isobaric filler, corker (Arol)
with integrated vacuum pump (32 clamps, 32 valves, 5 cork heads),
microfiltered air recirculation system inside the triblock,
all completely enclosed to ensure maximum sterility
(everything was completely overhauled in 2014,
with worn parts replaced and all taps replaced with new models)
Corker – year 2013 – Stelvin Alfatek, one head
(3,500 bt/h) with two independent cork elevators
to automatically refill the Arol corker
(cork and synthetic) and, for the Alfatek corker (Stelvin),
a Stelvin elevator purchased in 2014. Cork in 2010
High-precision Gum Arabic dispenser
with a built-in pass-through system,
ready for a second pump to dose SO2
Capper – 1998 – for NORTAN PVC heat-shrink capsules, 9 heads (up to 8,000 capsules/hour)
Labeler – 2013 – Self-adhesive P.E., 3 stations (DOCG collar, back label),
provision for bottle centering, equipment
for transparent PVC labels,
provision for an "L" collar
Marker – 2013 – Thermal transfer, 2-line writing for batch and vintage, inserted into the self-adhesive labeler
Labeler – 1998 – CAVAGNINI E GATTI glue paper, 3 stations with various formats for labels and back
Marker – NIMAX DOMINO A100 inkjet for writing on the back label (or capsule), vintage, batch, time, and progressive bottle numbering
Erector – 2013 1998 – TMG pneumatic carton packer and case packer for 6 and 12 different sizes
Marker – 1998, ZANASI cartons, water-based ink
