14′′ x 56′′ feed throat.
Three (3) knife twin shear rotor with two (2) bed knifes.
Rotor is belt driven by a 75 HP motor.
56′′ wide x 5′′ diameter in feed pull rolls are driven
by 3 HP 230/460-volt 1760 RPM A/C motor thru
a Boston Gear 20:1 gearbox.
Feed rolls are pneumatically actuated.
Smooth steel lower feed roll with poly covered upper roll.
Feed roll in-feed only machine.
6′′ OD left hand airveyor discharge.
Includes starter panel for the granulator
and blower in a standalone enclosure.
Feed rolls are controlled
by an Allen Bradley Powerflex A/C variable speed drive
in a separate enclosure.
