Having a four (4) zone electrically heated and air-cooled barrel.
Unit is mounted on a tripod with casters.
Gearbox has a reduction ratio of 15:1 and is rated at
10 HP at a service factor of 1.25.
Gearbox is belt driven by a 7.5 HP Reliance inverter duty A/C motor
with Allen Bradley Powerflex inverter.
Barrel can be raised or lowered and can also tilt for
co-extrusion applications.
Has Locking legs and gravity feed hopper.
Unitized control panel with seven (7) zones of Eurotherm instruments. C-Clamp on barrel discharge.
