and non-vented barrel at a 42″ centerline height.
Gearbox has a reduction ratio of 17:39,
is rated at 257 HP at a service factor of 1.25
and is set up for a maximum screw speed of 100 RPM.
Gearbox is belt driven
by 75 HP Marathon Blue Max inverter duty A/C motor
with Salerno inverter.
Unitized temperature control panel has eight (8) zones
of temperature control.
Extruder, panel and drive are mounted on a steel plate.
Water cooled feed throat with on a 4.5” x 7”on center entrance.
Includes gravity feed hopper, Nova-tech hopper loader,
Hamilton at-the-throat color feeder and hopper magnet. .
C -Clamp with swing a-way die holder on discharge.
