BPM Bay Plastics Machinery WBX1210-15 Waterbath:
Electrical requirements: 460V, 3Ph, 60Hz
Full load amp: 3.67
Dimensions: 12” W x 10” D x 15’ L
Hold down bars: 4

The water baths are specifically designed for stand pelletizing also
include locking quick-releasing hold-down bars to keep your strands
running straight and even.
The 2” diameter rollers on these bars are grooved to
keep the strands aligned, and are made of UHMWPE
(Ultra-High-Molecular-Weight PolyEthylene),
which reduces friction between the roller and the strands.

BPM Bay Plastics Machinery EVAK-06 Vacuum Air Knife:
The EVAK series vacuum air knife is not only designed to
remove water from the strands, but control the water after it
has been removed. A conventional air knife only blows the
water off the strands, whereas the EVAK uses vacuum induced
airflow to aid this removal. The specially designed cyclone
separation system removes the water from the air and
collects it before draining the water through a check valve.
This water can then be reclaimed and re-used in the system.

BPM Bay Plastics Machinery SB100 pelletizer:
Designed for a larger lab or small production line,
the SB Series of strand pelletizers is capable of
running constantly and consistently,
yet is also suitable for less intensive lab trials.

– Easy Access: No tools required to open the
exterior cutting chamber cover.
– Safety: A unique interlock system prevents one’s ability to
bypass the switch with a simple bolt or pen.
– Maintainability: Our design is rugged and easy to clean.
– Feed Table: This machine is supplied with
removable feed table assembly.
– Upper Feedroll: With a simple design, the upper roll remains
parallel to the lower feedroll while multiple strands are
being processed, resulting in a uniform pulling force on
all strands
– Pulling Force: Large pneumatic cylinder and upper roll design
this unit out performs all others in its class.
– Pneumatic Cylinder: This cylinder is a large 2 1/2” bore and located
on the cover for optimal pulling force and conveniently swings away
for cleaning.
– Push-Pull bed knife adjustment
– Eccentric mounted bearings for lower feed roll gap control
– Four-edged, solid tungsten-carbide bed knife
