Dedy Chocolate Coating Machine

Pastries of all kinds and cakes up to a height of approx. 12 cm, as well as cream cheese and, for example, dates, can be coated with couverture, fondant, or fat-based icing.
The machine normally runs at a belt speed of approx. 0.5 to 4 m per minute,
with the belt speed being infinitely adjustable.
At the end of the conveyor belt, the so-called
de-spinning shaft prevents the coating from stringing.
All parts of the machine are very easy to clean and are extremely robust and user-friendly.
Full coating, bottom coating, combined bottom, side, and half coating are possible.
The machine's excellent insulation significantly reduces heat loss.
The removable chocolate tray is equipped with a drain valve,
which greatly simplifies cleaning, changing the chocolate, and also removing the tray for thorough cleaning.
