ESAB Pegasus
New in/medium repair in/overhauled in: 2003

- they burned material thicknesses of 1-25 on the machine
- the machine should be up to 32 mm thick, but no one has tried that.
Sheets of structural and stainless steel with thicknesses from 2 to 30 mm
are burned on the machine.

ESAB Pegasus from 2003, which was upgraded in 2016 with the plasma source, torch and gas consoles to the second generation M3. Proportionally controlled gas boxes (box of protective plasma gases and cutting plasma gases plus RAS box (ignition). The torch used is PT36.
The control panel is a Vision PC running Windows 6.0CE plus upgrades and an additional Vision T5C2 control panel was added to control the M3 plasma settings. It is an upgrade only for this type of machine and it is no longer done this way.
The plasma source is EPP 201 (200 Amps)
The machine also comes with Columbus 3 programming software.
The firing table is part of the machine and the machine moves on linear bearings along the track.
