FAM YURAN HYTEC DICER

A recently developed hygienic belt dicer specialised
in processing meat and poultry products into dices,
strips and hand-pulled look shreds.
The circular knives cut the product in strips,
after which the crosscut knife spindle cuts them
into dices of the desired height.

Cut shapes: Flat cut dices and strips, hand pulled look
(fine shreds, medium shreds & coarse pull)
Cut sizes: Various cut sizes possible from 3 mm up to 40 mm
Max. product diameter: 20 mm height for non-compressible products. Hand-pulled application can handle bigger height.
