Linear filling/sealing machine for 1-liter bottles or carafes.
This electromechanical machine sets the filling time using a timer.
It operates using an automatic level for filling the hopper and subsequent dosing.
Total hourly production: 430/450 5-liter carafes. 2,000/2,150 liters/hour
(to be determined, this will depend greatly on the product density).
The machine can dose 5 liters per nozzle, so it can fill 4 5-liter carafes at a time.
The machine was used with a food product (soda water).
The feed tank, nozzles, and dosing system are free of rust and can also be used with oil.
