FBM Boscolo NINJA BEAN Cocoa Crusher

The professional NINJA BEAN machine (FBM Boscolo) is designed to crack roasted cocoa beans
and automatically separate the nibs from the shells.
This is an essential step in a bean-to-bar chocolate production line, prior to grinding and refining.
The beans are fed into a hopper and then broken down by a cylinder working against an adjustable blade.
A suction system then separates the light shells from the cocoa nibs.
The nibs are removed by a PVC conveyor belt, while the shells and dust are collected in a bag at the rear.
Technical specifications: indicative production capacity approximately 60 to 70 kg/h, installed power 3.8 kW,
380V three-phase power supply (to be confirmed on the nameplate).
Constructed entirely of stainless steel, dimensions approximately 1328 × 700 × 1392 mm, weight approximately 280 kg.
