This is a second hand Frigoscandia GYRoFreeze spiral freezer which is capable of freezing or chilling up to 1000 kg per hour. There are 17 tiers of 400mm wide (300mm useable) stainless steel belt and a 57mm vertical clearance for product. The exit is at same side as inlet. Comes with a Stahl compressor (model number 115804 R57G), BAC condenser and ammonia tank. The freezer is fully self contained in an insulated box externally 5400mm x 3200mm x 2600mm high. The insulation is 80mm thick but the owner has stated “not polystyrene, a finer bubble, creamy material. Works well.” 75kW of electricity required.
