Section 1:
• Double-Roller Sheeter: Rolls dough to required thickness, adjustable, easy-to-remove scrapers;
• Triple-Roller Sheeter: Rolls dough to required thickness, adjustable, easy-to-remove scrapers;
• Dough Feeding Table: Feeds dough into satellite head with optimized belt design;
• Two Flour Dusters: Even flour distribution, adjustable width, hopper with roller, quick-release for cleaning;
• Butter Pump: Adjustable butter supply, screw feeder, eccentric pump, 3 nozzles, level detector;
• Butter Feeding Conveyor & Folding System: Folds dough from both sides over butter to form dough-butter-dough layer;
• Multi-Roller Sheeter: Non-stick rollers, independent adjustable drives, stainless steel food-grade build;
• Layering Device: Continuous layering for puff pastry and Danish, adjustable number of folds.
Section 2
• Two flour dusters (same as above)
• Multi roller sheeter (same as above)
• Secondary Folding: Z-fold system, no pressure, adjustable width and speed.
Section 3
• Two Flour Dusters (same as above);
• Multi-Roller Sheeter (same as above);
• Lateral Roller: Adjusts dough width, fixed speed, stainless steel, easy cleaning;
• Double-Roller Sheeter x2: Stainless steel, adjustable gap and speed;
• Flour Brush: Removes excess flour, adjustable angle and height;
• Embossing/Cutting Roller: Cuts dough into patterns, interchangeable knives;
• Longitudinal Cutter: Cuts dough lengthwise, easy to clean;
• Spreading Conveyor: Transfers products forward;
• Filling Device: Servo-driven, easy-to-change nozzles;
• Folding Device: Continuous folding system, zig-zag fold, adjustable width and speed;
• Pressing Device: Compresses dough, independent adjustable drive;
Section 4
• Flour Duster (same as above);
• Lateral Cutter: Servo-driven cutting to required lengths;
• Dough Return Conveyor: Returns scrap dough to main line;
• Water Sprayer: Fine mist, adjustable width and height;
• Product Diverter: Splits product flow, mounted on fixed frame;
• Sugar Sprinkler: Adjustable width, patterned roller, independent drive;
• Sugar Recovery System: Collects excess sugar;
• Top Conveyor: Transfers dough on upper layer;
• Baking Tray Conveyor: Transfers trays forward;
• Product Loading: Sensors stop tray, retracting belt drops products onto tray, ensures spacing;
• Output: Tray conveyor with adjustable speed, stainless steel, food-grade materials.
