The coating machine is a Glatt GC 1750
designed and built to GMP standards.
It enables the production of tablet applications
with an organic or aqueous film coat.
Film coat batches can vary from 400 to 8001çg, depending on bulk density.

The front access window (27.5 inches) is AISI 304 stainless steel flanged safety glass with a 316 stainless steel sampling door.
The double hinged inspection doors at the rear of the machine housing are made of AISI 304 stainless steel.
The double hinged side doors are made of AISI 304 stainless steel.
The telescopic arm of the spray nozzle is made of AISI 304 stainless steel.
The inlet air duct and connections are made of AISI 304 stainless steel.
Eight rabbit ear mixing baffles are made of AISI 316L (1.4435) stainless steel, mirror polished to Ra = 0.1micron and fully welded.
A perforated production tank is made of AISI 316 stainless steel (1.4435), internally mirror-polished to Ra = 0.1, externally matt satin-finished, free cross-sectional area 39%, perforated holes 2.5/5.8 mm in diameter tapered outwards and a valve with a maximum volume capacity of 885 litres in AISI 304 stainless steel.
Removable air outlet plenum made of AISI 304 stainless steel, 2 special spring-loaded silicone rubber rollers and silicone lip seals against the Scape turntable.
Movable front chute for tablet loading in AISI 316 stainless steel, with steam control.
Movable tablet discharge container and two-section lid in AISI 316 stainless steel, mirror polished interior, with 4" discharge valve.
All spray nozzle arm process hoses will be concealed within the arm itself and fitted with coded AISI 316 stainless steel quick couplings.
The liquid distribution manifold is made of AISI 316 stainless steel.
The spray gun couplings on the nozzle arm are made of AISI 316 stainless steel.
The mobile trolley of the film pump is made of AISI 304 stainless steel.
The quick-change spray hose cassette is made of AISI 304 stainless steel.

The trolley for moving the exhaust air plenum for removal for cleaning is made of AISI 304 stainless steel.
The liquid film coating lines will be made of silicon with an FEB outer coating, while all other lines will be made of food-grade polyurethane.
The Watson Marlow peristaltic pump hoses are food grade silicone.
Six CSI liquid spray guns are made of 316 stainless steel.
