Gloucester Cooling Roll Stack

Gloucester heavy duty cooling and polishing stand having three (3)
55″ face x 24″ diameter chrome plated rolls mounted in a 45-degree angle arrangement
for down stack operation at a 62″ center line height.
Chrome rolls are hydraulically actuated via a nominal 7.5 HP hydraulic unit.
Manual roll gaping via hand wheels.
Rolls are each individually driven by an A/C inverter duty motor through a gearbox
having a 15:1 reduction ratio via silent chain and sprocket.
Top roll has a 7.5 HP A/C motor, middle roll has a 5 HP A/C motor
and the bottom roll has a 3 HP A/C motor.
Includes pull roll stand with 55″ x 8″ diameter rolls and a 3 A/C HP drive system,
idler roll conveyor and built onto frame zone water temperature control system
with heaters, heat exchangers, and one (1) 10 HP and three (3) 7.5 HP water pumps.
Complete with all new electrical cabinets and controls. 460V/3ph/60Hz.
Includes five (5) chrome rolls and one (1) matte finish roll in boxes.
Rebuilt 2011 and never put into service.
