Pressing and moulding system for Big Round Cheeses.
In this unit the curd is filled, in the moulds,
drained and pressed. Used for production of
Emmental cheeses Cylindric round model diameter 75cm.
The entire press can be rotated to take out the cheeses.
Suitable for 6 cheeses, with pressing cilinders,
each with a cover which can be placed in a locked position.
Each cilinder has a control button with 3 positions:
pressing (up), neutral and release (down).
Inner dimension of Cylindric press-mould:
diameter 75cm Total height of mould: 32 cm
after pressing up to 20cm weight per cheese: 60/85kg.
Connections: 1 x 2" Din - 1 x 2,5" Din and 1 x 3" Din.
Worked previously as a set with stocknumber 15793,
including filling system and framework.
