Hipex preheater Model 2 x DT63-50-6000 and water control valve,
Yokogawa Flow meter,
one only Double Plate heat recovery section,
Hipex Final heater 2 x PT89-15-6000-1P complete
with water temperature set,
Tubular holding section for 90 seconds complete with dual divert valves,
Return Valve cluster set of four 3-way valves,
2 x pressure transmitters to determine
raw milk pressure is above hot water pressure,
4 x RTD’s to record following temps hot water,
milk into hold, milk out hold and milk to fermentation,
Control panel to provide instrumentation and automation of the above,
Interconnecting pipework and Wiring.
