Homag OPTIMAT KAL 210

The OPTIMAT KAL 210/6/A3/S2 banding machine from the Optimat series is a single-sided machine designed for banding
and subsequent processing of edges of furniture parts by fixed configuration of aggregates.

Pre-milling aggregate
A3 banding unit with roller application, for EVA granule adhesives
Pressure unit with pressure rollers that ensure a firm and even sticking of the edge to the part.
A drip unit with two hooded chainsaws for precise cutting of the edge overlaps.
Milling unit for overhanging from the top and bottom of the part by radius or bevel.
Rotating unit for rounding corners.
Profile and surface cidlines
Polishing unit with two polishing discs that polish the edge and remove the adhesive residue from the cidlines
