Single-sided rebate and edge-banding machine for milling, edge banding and postproduction for a rebate
- only on formated / pre-rabbet doors and unrebate doors left machine (fix stop on the left side).

total processing in 3 throughfeeds
1. throughfeed: door top side (cross processing)
2. throughfeed: door long side
3. throughfeed: door long side

During 2. and 3. throughfeed the edge projection from 1. throughfeed is beeing milled by normal-reverse milling.
The double rebate glueing is only possible by readjustment of the machine and manual postprocessing of the edge.

- vertical edge: approx. 70 mm
- rebate glueing: approx. 60 mm

Heavy machine base as carrier for units.
Drive for feed speed of approx. 5-25 m/min., mechanical stepless adjustable. (not the same as processing speed)
