Imdec B-283 4020 Tomato slitter and peel remover

Removes skins from heated tomatoes,
tomatoes are feed onto 54" wide by 30" long open grid thermoplastic flattop chain,
divided into 8 lanes and dropped into chutes,
tomatoes are grabbed by rubber V-guide belts
and run under twin slitting circular knifes at a close spacing,
1/8" deep cuts are made in the tomatoes
and the V-guides narrow to squeeze the tomato from the peel,
lower peel hopper with discharge screw discharges at a 20" height,
60" tomato discharge height, all stainless steel construction.
