IntelliCyt iQue Sc Screening System

The IntelliCyt iQue Screener is a platform for screening suspension cells,
beads, microbes, and mixtures.
The system consists of a robotic plate conveyor
with an orbital shaker, an automated plate sampler,
and a detector. The screening detection method is based
on automated flow cytometry.
The laser power includes a 14.7 mW 640 nm diode red laser
and a 20 mW 488 nm solid-state blue laser.
Four simultaneous color channels are available
for multicolor detection using photomultiplier tubes (PMTs).
Label-free object detection is achieved
via two light scattering channels for size and granularity.
The sensitivity is a 7-decade dynamic range
with fixed optics. Sample types include 96-
and 384-well microplates and tubes.
Sample volumes as small as 1 µL can be captured
without dead volume at a sampling rate of 10,000 samples per second.
Plate processing speed is a minimum of 3 minutes
for 96-well plates and 12 minutes for 384-well plates. Dimensions (H x W x D): 655 x 986 x 625 mm. Weight: 82 kg.
