Model MN lamination unit machine has been designed and built according to the reference regulations listed at chapter
The machine lay-out consists of the following main units:
1) Support structure strong enough to stand any vibrations
2) A.C. motor-driven unit for the laminating cylinder.
3) N. 2 unwinders installed on an independent structure
4) Laminating cylinder: upper teflon-coated cylinder Ø 260 lower rubber-coated cylinder Ø 260
5) Expanding cylinder
6) Back-up cylinders
7) Semi-automatic splicing unit.

The machine lay-out consists of the following main units:
1 Support structure, strong enough to avoid all vibrations.
2 Sliding blade-holder unit equipped with:
-Revolving blade-holder - 360° rotation - housing two coating blades.
-Blade-holder column couple with a fast blade up/down pneumatic system.
-Coating thickness micrometric motorized adjustment.
-Blade-holder manual tilting to find the best coating position.
3 High precision back-up roller.
4 2 coating blades (supplied by the customer) mounted on the blade-holder. NUOVA ISOTEX
manufactures a range of blades to be selected according to the type of coating to be carried out.
5 Back-up cylinder A.C. motorization.
6 Electric control board.
7 Set of idler cylinders to feed the coating support.
8 Idle expanding cylinder.
9 Floating knife coating device
