IWKA TZK 200 automatic tube feeding system
for conical shaped tubes, suitable for conical tubes
with a diameter of 16 to 45 mm and a maximum tube length of 235 mm,
rod length up to 750 mm,
compressed air 6 bar, capacity up to 200 tubes per minute

IWKA TFS 30 tube filling & closing machine for double & three fold,
tube diameter from 10 to 40 mm,
tube length from 50 to 250 mm,
filling volume from 1.5 to 350 ml.
(with suitable dosing pumps), capacity up to 200 tubes per minute,
includes Netzsch BEF200 barrel/drum emptying system,
automatic transfer of the filled tubes into

The line was used for packing conical aluminum tubes with the following sizes at a speed of up to 180
tubes per minute:
40g: 25 x 130 mm (Diameter x Length)
50g: 25 x 150 mm (Diameter x Length)
60g: 25 x 175 mm (Diameter x Length)
80g: 35 x 150 mm (Diameter x Length)
100g: 35 x 170 mm (Diameter x Length)
125g: 35 x 180 mm (Diameter x Length)
