Kombipacker, Packing line

Packing line “Kombipacker 3 in 1” for the production of sales and transport packaging.
1.) Packaging options
Loose 0.33 l bottles in a box of 24 (box of 12 optional)
Loose 0.5 l bottles in a box of 20 (box of 10 optional)
4 baskets each (2 x 3) with a 0.33 l bottle in a carton
Baskets 2 x 3 individually
4 six-packs (2 x 3) with a 0.33 l bottle can be packed in a carton
2.) Packing machine performance
cartons : max. 10 boxes per min.
bottle types : 0.33 l LN or Vichy, 0.5 l NRW or 0.5 l LN, 0.33 l Euro
baskets : 16 baskets per minute either in boxes or individually
Other bottle types or containers may be possible. Must be checked in detail.

3.) The packaging line has the following individual modules
Carton erector Erecting the basket erector and inserter into the carton
Packer for the loose bottles in the carton or in the baskets
carton sealer
