This set is ideal for medium to large production runs (300 to 2000 quintals/month).
The set is inseparable and includes the 3 key elements of the bakery:
1. Volumetric Weigher/Divider (DIVI 80S)
• Capacity: Up to 160 kg of dough.
• Accuracy: +/- 5g thanks to its air pressure system (0.7 bar).
• Production: Up to 1250 dough pieces/hour.
• Advantages: Dry piston operation (oil-free), Teflon-coated hopper for easy cleaning, mounted on casters.
2. Automatic Dough Rack (LTA Model with PLC)
• Capacity: 62 total racks (52 usable).
• Includes: Integrated floor-mounted rounder (fed from the weigher).
• Technology: PLC control (alternating dispensing to prevent sticking), germicidal lamp, bag drying system.
• Hygiene: Treated felt cloth and transparent front cover for monitoring.
3. Horizontal Moulder (FLP 700 G) with 3m Conveyor Belt
• Performance: Up to 2500 dough pieces/hour.
• Configuration: Equipped with the optional 3-meter discharge conveyor (F30M) for optimal ergonomics.
• Settings: High-precision rolling, mesh belt for gentle dough shaping.
