125 Gallon Stainless Steel Jacketed Double Motion Mix Kettle,
Interior dimensions are approx. 38 In. diameter X 34 In. deep,
the kettle is jacketed for 40 PSI @ 650 degrees F.
With double motion “tilt out” scraped surface agitation driven
by top-mounted electric gearmotor.
Mounted in “A” frame, there is a bottom discharge outlet
with an approx. 2 In. diameter Tri-Clamp fitting
and hand operated valve. With stainless steel lids.
