Lehmann, Thouet STM 500 Pinned disc mill for chocolate

For grinding of cocoa nibs to cocoa paste
(Last application grinding pressed cake curd to powder).

consisting of:
solid foundation with grinding head mounted on it
grinding head as pin mill, with dosing unit (to be adapted)
with direct drive by motor 3000 rpm, at 90 kW (to be modified)
feed pipe for cold air (will be removed)
collecting tank for finished product.
dimensions: 2,20 x 1m width x 1,4m height,
approx. 2.900 kg on solid cast iron foundation.

machine will be refurbished as follows:
- complete disassembly and cleaning, sandblasting, priming, painting (exterior).
- new mounting foundation for smaller motor (new) approx. 30 kW
- new screw feeder for the product (nibs), with FU regulation
- new collecting tray for the cocoa mass with temperature and level control,
double-walled for the cocoa mass,
- incl. additional pump for the pumping out of the product (new addition)
- Heating of the machine, collecting pan and pump
- New control cabinet for soft start-up, with all controls and controls
with current display etc.
- testing according to CE regulations with corresponding certificate.
Machine will be slightly higher, but also considerably lighter, only 1700 kg instead of 3000 kg.
Dimensions are estimated 1.8 x 1 x about 2 m High the feeding height.
The capacity of the "slimmed down" mill is according to our calculation 250 to 300 kg/h cocoa mass.
