On offer is this automatic tape dispenser and tape cutter.
The seller has outlined:
This heavy duty automatic tape dispenser is designed to cut extra wide tapes.
Suitable for protection tape, aluminium foil tape, cloth tape,
plastic tape, fiberglass tape, paper tape, PET tape,
double sided tape, etc.

The max size tape roll than can be usse is 300mm diameter.
A small modification is that the white Teflon roller
has been retrofitted so that tape that has the adhesive on both sides
(double sided tape) can be fed.
It therefore handles normal one sided adhesive tape plus
double sided tapes (with silicone release paper)
very well with this roller.
