The “double sheet” ravioli forming machine
can be equipped with a VACUUM pump
that allows continuous and regular feeding of the special filling.
All components are made of AISI 316 stainless steel.
The parts in contact with the product can be completely dismantled to allow thorough cleaning.
The amount of filling can be dosed using an electronic adjustment system.
The mold is interchangeable and the ravioli can be cut individually or in groups. The die is loaded onto the cart. Possibility air system for special fillings.
The thickness of the sheet is mechanically adjustable.
As an option, the machine can be equipped
with a cutter and the tape for the recovery of waste.
The ravioli machine has been designed
and built in compliance with C E. standards.
