This trimming line is designed for six people
to simultaneously trim and/or trim products such as fish,
meat and poultry.
The product passes by on the middle belt and the cutters
take the product and trim/cut it.
The waste they throw on the waste belt
and the trimmed product they throw back on the middle conveyor so that
it can continue to the next conveyor/machine.
