The machine is equipped with a brush sanding belt for final and intermediate sanding of straight edges of various parts.
The work table is equipped with adjustable side stops.
The horizontal tilt is approximately 10°.

Two sanding belts, each 100 mm high, have 138+138 brush sanding segments that are easily installed and removed from the sanding belt.
Each set of sanding segments can have different grain sizes, for example, for preliminary and intermediate sanding of varnish.
The sanding device is pneumatically raised and lowered, bringing one or another sanding belt into the working area.
Automatic oscillation of the sanding belt achieves the best results on the upper and lower edges of the part.
Sanding segments of different lengths of 30/45/60 mm can be installed (the machine includes a basic set of sanding segments in accordance with customer requirements).
