Veneer fanning machine
To automatically fan out the just now glued veneer bundles in length and cross direction.
It eliminates the risk of cracking or splitting when separating the veneer strips from its bundle and therefore saves material and time when splicing

Veneer bundle lenght (grain direction): 400 - 4000
Veneer bundle widths (cross grain direction): 45 - 515 mm
Veneer bundle thickness: approx. 10 - 40 mm

Features
- The Fanningmaster can be placed in line with a Gluemaster and a roller conveyor (manual feeding is hardly possible)
- Avoids cracking or splitting of the veneer strips at separation
- No loss of valuable time for labored manual separation when feeding the veneer strips for splicing
- Fanning effect is easily adjustable by a timer, defining the pneumatic pressing-time of the conveyor belts
