Functionality:
The squeegee roller heats and kneads the plastic waste continuously into a hot pulp,
shredded material is continuously fed to the roller and particularly well heated and kneaded material is formed into a sausage using a scraper on the back.
The heated plastic sausage goes through a guillotine into a dosage form.
Once the desired mass has been reached, the sausage is sheared off using the guillotine, the dosage form unfolds and the plastic sausage is conveyed to the 1000 t presses by means of a conveyor belt,
where parts are squeezed out. Such as pallet planters etc.
Heating is not included because it also heats the hall.
