The structure has been modified and modernized, equipping it, among others, with a renewed handling system,
based on a central motor powered by alternating current and managed by an inverter.
It consists of 5 automatic feeder (with the possibility of movement in alternating phases) a manual station, blanket, thickness gauge with recovery output, two sewing heads and trilateral in line with alternate drawer output.
All with shelters and protections in accordance with the law.
The real operating speed, according to the processes, varies between 4000 and 8000 copies per hour at full capacity.
The current conditions are almost like new; the total number of pieces produced is below 50,000 copies (verifiable data).
