Cooling tunnels

Cooling tunnels are designed for cooling food products and are widely used in the production of confectionery bars, candies, cookies, glazes, chocolate, and other products.
Application:
The equipment can operate with a single type of cooling or a combination of the following:
• Top convection cooling
• Top radiation cooling
• Bottom cooling (air or liquid)
Convection cooling can be divided into 1 to 10 temperature zones.
Liquid cooling is used in conveyor and tunnel systems and ensures fast and efficient product cooling, especially for items requiring intensive temperature reduction.
The cooling zone is divided into several sections, each equipped with its own cooling chamber, individual settings, and control system. This enables precise control of the cooling process at every stage.
We design tunnels based on individual customer requirements and can integrate them into existing production lines.
Technical Specifications:
• Belt width: from 400 to 1600 mm
• Tunnel length: from 5,000 to 40,000 mm
• Tunnel covers: stainless steel, plastic, or combined (as selected by the customer)
• Air temperature in the chamber: from +2 °C to +20 °C
• Liquid temperature: from +20 °C to -15 °C
• Refrigeration unit location: lower frame
• The refrigeration unit is supplied in coordination with the customer
