Chocolate storage tanks are designed for preparation, accumulation, and storage of confectionery and other food masses at a controlled temperature.
The equipment is used for storing chocolate, glazes, sugar syrups, caramel, jelly, marmalade, sauces, toppings, filling sauces, and other similar products.
Capacity: from 50 liters to 50,000 liters
