Oem BREAK-MATIC PASTA MACHINE

Complete appliance that automatically divides and rounds
the loaf of pizza dough.
Up to Kg. 30 - 35 of unleavened dough are introduced
into the upper hopper and the cone and the bell are selected in function
of the desired weight, thus obtaining well-dosed and rounded portions,
ready to be passed on to the next leavening phase.
The weight of the loaf can be set between 50 and 300 grams
with a maximum tolerance of 10%.
