Offered for sale is almost brand new complete Meltblown nonwoven production line, designed for the
manufacturing of meltblown fabrics used in filtration, medical, hygiene and technical applications.
The line is based on industrial-grade components, modular design, and a high level of automation,
suitable for continuous production.
The system includes raw material handling, extrusion, meltblown spinning, web forming, quenching and
air systems, winding, electrical control and auxiliary equipment.
Machine has been running for few weeks only.

Main Applications:
Meltblown production lines are widely used for the manufacturing of fine-fiber nonwoven materials with
high filtration efficiency and uniform structure.
Typical end-use applications include:
• Filtration media for air and liquid filtration (HVAC, industrial filters, automotive filters)
• Medical and hygiene products, including face masks, respirators and protective materials
• Nonwovens for healthcare, such as surgical products and absorbent layers
