The Optima Linoclean is an automatic linear bottle washer designed for internal cleaning of glass or plastic containers using a combined Air/Vacuum system. This unit ensures effective removal of solid particles through the use of filtered ionized compressed air combined with simultaneous vacuum suction. The linear transport design allows processing a wide range of bottle shapes (round, square, and oval) without mechanical stress. Its compact design and AISI 316L stainless steel construction are fully compliant with cGMP standards. Technical features: year 2010, "Blow & Vacuum" cleaning system, full safety guards, integrated HMI touch-screen, container diameter from 20 to 100 mm, height up to 250 mm, production speed up to 100 bottles/minute.
