Other Powder coating line for metal products

We are offering for sale a fully equipped and operational powder coating facility, which is already in operation and has all the necessary operating permits.
The powder coating line consists of three tanks for pre-treatment of parts, a drying oven, a booth for applying powder paint using Nordson manual and automatic spray guns, a pair of cyclones for recovering residual paint, and a curing oven for baking the painted parts.
The pre-treatment tanks have been completely renovated and are made of stainless steel with a total volume of 15 m3.
Above them, three tunnels have been constructed, secured to the tanks via reinforced steel plates. Three new nozzle systems for degreasing and rinsing the parts are installed within them. A gas burner is used to heat the degreasing solution in the first tank.
The drying oven is made of thermal insulation panels and is part of the curing oven. It utilizes the heat generated by the oven, which is heated by a Weishaupt gas burner.
The paint application booth, as well as the manual and automatic spray guns, are Nordson brand. It has been completely renovated and refurbished by representatives of Nordson Bulgaria and meets all European quality standards. The booth is 5.00 m long, with two stations for manual painting and two openings on both sides of the booth for the automatic spray guns.
The manual spray guns are Nordson Verasa Spray models and are equipped with a control unit.
The automatic spray guns are mounted on a Nordson Oscilator Model 460. It consists of a conveyor that moves along a vertical column via transport rollers.
The oven is two-story and heated by propane-butane gas. The working length of the conveyor path in the curing zone is 40 m. Drying temperature 120°C, curing temperature up to 200°C. Initial preheating time: 50 min. The kiln is constructed from special thermal insulation panels 250 mm thick. It includes: a combustion chamber made of stainless chrome steel, a tunnel, air ducts, and dampers.
Installed power:
Electrical – fans, pumps, conveyor, paint booth, cyclone, and lighting – total 30 kW, 400 V
Gas system – propane-butane fuel
Burner – 400 kW – Weishaupt type – drying and baking.
Burner – 40 kW – Weishaupt type – heating of the washing tank
Parts up to 1200 mm can be painted. One work cycle takes approximately 60 minutes at maximum system load.
The system is currently installed in a new workshop in the Vidin region of Bulgaria, along with a new, never-used galvanizing line, which is also for sale. Link to the galvanizing line -
The property has convenient access via an asphalt road and ample space for maneuvering and loading/unloading operations.
The area is suitable for manufacturing, logistics, and warehousing activities, with good infrastructure and proximity to the city of Vidin and the border with Serbia.
