It's doing spraying lamination, so flexible working width between 2000(or less) and 2750mm.

This machine worked for 4 years, without any problem, till end of 04.2019, then stopped because they change to a new converting line
Now well stored and ready for loading

Unwinder:
It's a shaft less unwinding station up to 350m/min, max. roll dia. 1,8m,max. working width: 2750mm.

This station is the sleeve with the inverter and special roll follow your = existing rewinder as a master.

Spraying lamination stand by nozzles:

This station is on the unwinding station, you can use it for laminating by your existing rewinder too.

It's a very simple technology, you can use it for almost any kind of tissue papers with 2-3 ply.

You can use it for different mother roll widths, you can easy close or open the nozzles by the sides.

This station had 19 very special nozzle directly for this job, you can buy a new nozzle or spare parts for they nozzles too.
