PleatOne pleating machine for Crystal pleats

Our PleatOne machine for Crystal pleats is fully compliant with health, safety, and environmental protection standards, and being fully manufactured in Italy they are CE marked. This machine in particular was equipped with a fully automated lubrication system, touch screen display with multi-language software and fully customisable programs, as well as a wide range of on-board sensors all controllable from the software (e.g. temperature, speed, etc.). This is the only pleating machine on the market that can also pleat leather (1mm up to 8.5mm pleats), and this is thanks to the quality of materials that we use and our attention to design and assembly. Upon request, the PleatONE can be supplied with the addition of optional accessories ready for the Industry 4.0.
