Fully automatic forming, sealing and filling machine.
The machine is previously used for 1000 ml gable top cartons
with SX Spout applicator system and Portola cap (resealable cap).
Ø Cap: 23 mm. CIP cleanable, Including caps bunker for cap buffer,
pneumatic feeder, feeder bowl cap feeding system,
sterile air filter and peroxide disinfection system. Controls:
Allen Bradley and servo driven technology provide repeatable package performance
and automatically controls fill volumes and profiles based on product and carton size.
