High-performance, versatile equipment designed to
meet the needs of professional bakers.
Featuring three trays per deck,
measuring 400x600 mm or 460x660 mm,
it offers a baking surface of 2.91 m².
The base is 120 mm deep and 90 mm wide,
providing an ideal surface for traditional deck baking.
Each deck operates independently
with a usable height of 200 mm and precise
temperature control, ensuring uniform,
high-quality baking.
The oven is also equipped with a convenient loader,
allowing for easy and quick loading and unloading without damaging the dough.
The bakery module features a 13 mm refractory hearth
and a new-generation steam generator,
ensuring optimal baking for all types of bread.
