Tilter machine for quick loading with spindles pressing of API/O OBEM bobbins dyeing equipment.
Tilter in horizontal position receives the trolley with no. 10 dyeing spindles.
Positioned hydraulically in vertical position with the no. 10 spindles approximately 90 cm. from the floor level.
Bobbins are loaded and the closures/lids are inserted.
Once the pressing work is finished, the tilter returns to horizontal position and loads the trolley.
Requires a pit of 310 x 125 cm. - depth 100 cm.
