ASM, Pfeiffer 1002 Helium Leak Detector Workstation

The Pfeiffer ASM 1002 helium leak detection workstation provides leak detection
where high production throughput is required.
The ASM 1002 is a workstation leak detector optimized for
extremely short cycle times and fast reduction of helium background.
It was developed for leak testing of open or sealed components in mass production.
The ASM 1002 provides backing capacity up to 50 m3/h to guarantee fast reduction of
background helium between measurements, with a powerful pumping package of
either one or two rotary vane pumps. A minimum detectable leak rate for
helium of 1 · 10-8 in sniffing mode and 1 · 10-12 in vacuum mode.

The ASM 1002 has an ergonomic design ideal for seated operators.
This workstation helium leak detection unit is ideal for mass production applications,
with two test methods: standard test or special Pass/Fail menu for
semi-automatic testing.
