patient safety and comfort, and optimize the scanning efficiency.
The Philips premium CT scanner utilizes the DoseWise designed
to reduce the radiation dose received by both the patient and the medical personnel.
The DoseWise Portal aids in increasing the staff's and the patient's safety
by automatically collecting comprehensive and accurate data
with regards to the radiation dose.
The Brilliance 64 is equipped with the MRC X-Ray tube,
a Philips innovation that eliminates the waiting time between sequences.
It also allows the whole system to be used for a longer period of time due
to its unparalleled heating capacity.
The 64 is also provided with NanoPanel tile detectors
and the 3D Cone Beam reconstruction.
The detectors are devised to increase the imaging accuracy while
