Stainless steel, single phase,
variable speed conveyor, on wheels,
consists of pie tray rack, bottom pastry station,
4 head depositor (does filling for 4 pies
at a time – 2 different size tooling available –
large and small deposits),
water spray nozzles, top pastry station,
pastry cutter (roller) then marker station
(marks pies so you know what flavour has been made).
2 different markers available.
Pastry comes off pin rolls (e.g. doweling or stainless steel).
Makes single serve pies, round and oval.
Pie trays or pastry pins not included.
